Explore.   Experience.   Lead.

Whether it's about yoga or leading anything in life, we are ever the student. As a yoga teacher our role is to create a safe space within which discovery may occur. The dance is in knowing when to step in and when to step out. The art is in being aware, present and authentic. Keep them safe, and let them be. If you're lucky they come out better, faster, stronger than you. If you want to learn more about teaching, then teach. The rest will follow.

“The art of teaching is the art of assisting discovery.” Mark Van Doren
